Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am

Full Body Conscious Sweat and Tone. Coming soon!

A conscious, ass-kicking (and sculpting) HIIT class. You'll sweat, elevate your heart rate, and pump yourself full to the brim with energy. You'll enjoy a series of exercises with minimal rest, for max fat-burning effect. What's more, our coach will work with you to nail your form on every exercise. This ensures you are mentally connected with your body. There are only 5 women per class. So, you get the intimacy of one-to-one Personal Training. (But without any intrusive conversation, and guaranteed fun.) All classes end with a blissful stretch, and delicious full-body relaxation.

Saturdays 12-1pm

Full Body Conscious Strength and Tone. Coming soon!

Are you ready to rise to she-god levels? This body conscious workout will see you do exactly that. You'll work with our coach to move through weight-based exercises with precision technique. It's all about attention to detail, especially if you want to train for the rest of your life. You'll learn to focus on mind-to-muscle connection, to ensure you're nailing every movement. There are only 5 women per class. So, you get the intimacy of one-to-one Personal Training. (But without any intrusive conversation, and guaranteed fun.) All classes end with a blissful stretch, and delicious full-body relaxation.
