The Rise Room London LtdThese Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, purchases, attendance, participation, memberships, services, retreats, events, workshops, online programmes, and experiences provided by The Rise Room (“The Rise Room”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, booking, attending, or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our events, retreats, programmes, or services unless explicitly stated otherwise.By booking with us, you confirm that:all information provided is accurate;you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;you understand the nature of the experience or service being provided.
3. Health & Personal Responsibility
The Rise Room provides wellness, educational, transformational, and lifestyle experiences. We do not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, psychotherapy, or healthcare services unless explicitly stated otherwise by a licensed professional.Participation in any experience, including but not limited to:breathwork,movement,meditation,cold exposure,sauna,emotional processing,wellness treatments,retreats,workshops,or performance practices,is undertaken entirely at your own risk.By participating, you confirm that:you are physically and mentally fit to participate;you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing;you will consult a medical professional where appropriate before participating;you understand that results are not guaranteed.You agree to immediately inform us of any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may affect your participation.We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe attendance may pose a risk to yourself or others.
4. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that wellness and transformational experiences may involve physical, emotional, and psychological intensity.To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Rise Room shall not be liable for:injuries,illness,emotional distress,allergic reactions,loss or damage to personal property,travel disruption,indirect or consequential losses,or any outcomes arising from participation.Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
5. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once full payment or an agreed deposit has been received.We reserve the right to:refuse bookings;cancel events;change venues, facilitators, schedules, or programme content where reasonably necessary.Prices may change at any time without notice.
6. Strict No Refund Policy
All purchases, bookings, deposits, memberships, tickets, programmes, retreats, and payments made to The Rise Room are strictly non-refundable.This applies to:change of mind;inability to attend;scheduling conflicts;travel disruption;personal circumstances;late arrival;partial attendance;dissatisfaction;or any other reason outside the exceptions listed below.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
(a) Force Majeure
Where an event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters,government restrictions,war,pandemics,terrorism,strikes,venue closure,or major travel shutdowns.In such cases, we reserve the right to:reschedule the event;provide credit;transfer the booking;or issue a partial/full refund at our discretion.
(b) Illness or Death
In the event of severe illness or the death of the ticket holder or an immediate family member, a refund request may be considered upon receipt of appropriate evidence.All refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of The Rise Room.
7. Transfers
Bookings may only be transferred to another person if approved by us in writing prior to the event.Administrative transfer fees may apply.
8. Retreats & Travel
Participants are solely responsible for: passports,visas,insurance,flights,transportation,medical requirements,and travel arrangements.We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.The Rise Room is not responsible for losses caused by:missed flights,travel delays,accommodation issues,or third-party providers.
9. Code of Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if behaviour is deemed:abusive,disruptive,threatening,unsafe,discriminatory,intoxicated,or harmful to the experience of others.Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward all staff, facilitators, venues, and attendees.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, branding, videos, frameworks, methodologies, recordings, and intellectual property provided by The Rise Room remain our exclusive property.You may not:reproduce,distribute,teach,sell,modify,or commercially use our materials without prior written permission.
11. Photography & Media
By attending our events or programmes, you consent to photography, video, and media capture which may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or commercial purposes.If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us in writing before the event.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Rise Room’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service or event.Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful under applicable law.
13. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.The latest version will always be available on our website.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
