Transformational breathwork is a powerful and profound practice that involves conscious and intentional breathing techniques to initiate deep personal transformation. It is an experiential process that goes beyond simple respiration, aiming to unlock emotional, physical, and energetic blockages within the body. Expect to be guided by our founder and master breathworker, Aimée Buchler and supported by our trained facilitators in a safe and supportive environment. You will be lying down on a yoga matt, covered with a blanket and an eye mask and be guided to breathe deeply and rhythmically to incredible soundscapes. Carefully curated music and sounds are played to awaken the subconscious and ignite deep transformation within your being. As you journey through the session, you will likely experience a range of physical sensations, emotions, and insights. Our facilitators will be there to provide guidance and support throughout the process. We close the experience, with an integration session, allowing you to process and assimilate your experience, followed by some time to chill, connect with each other and get some delicious snacks from our incredible sponsors!
