Power Hour is an online guided breathwork experience designed to regulate the nervous system and 100x energy. Rather than focusing on thinking or analysing, this practice works directly with the breath and the nervous system to influence the body’s internal state - calming the stress response, amplifying energy, and enhancing focus and productivity for the day ahead.
Through intentional breathing patterns, the body is given a new reference point: what it feels like to operate without constant internal pressure. Many people experience a noticeable shift in energy, emotional spaciousness, mental clarity, focus and a deeper sense of connection to themselves.This is about allowing the body to experience regulation - often for the first time in a long while.For ambitious and busy individuals, this can be a powerful reminder of what’s possible when the nervous system is supported rather than pushed.
Each experience is led by our founder and facilitator Aimée.The session begins with a short introduction to the foundations of breathwork and nervous system regulation, setting context for the experience ahead.
After that, you will enter a deep, rhythmic breathing sequence accompanied by carefully curated soundscapes and music designed to support energy, focus, and clarity. As the session unfolds, participants often experience a range of physical sensations, insights, or deep states of calm and presence, setting them up for a tremendous day ahead.

No prior breathwork experience is required.

Breathwork is generally safe for most people. However, this experience may not be suitable if you have any of the following conditions, unless you have received medical clearance:

- Uncontrolled high or very low blood pressure
- Severe asthma or significant respiratory conditions

- Recent surgeries or major physical injuries
