Meet at Kenwood House in Hampstead Heath at 1pm (the side where the cafe is, overlooking the large patch of grass). We will then walk to a closeby location together.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

We will run a 60 min breathwork and yoga session before cruising into our vibey community social!

Expect to meet other epic and like-minded individuals in the community, to build new friendships, to release stress, get connected and have some summer fun!
