The session opens with a briefing on nervous system science and the exact breathwork techniques that individuals can use in their day to day lives to control stress, amplify energy and improve sleep in a matter of seconds.
From there, participants enter a deep, rhythmic breathing sequence - focused on releasing trension and expanding energy - accompanied by carefully curated sound and music.
