Transformational breathwork is a powerful and profound practice that involves conscious and intentional breathing techniques to initiate deep personal transformation. During a transformational breathwork experience, you will engage in guided sessions led by our trained facilitators in a safe and supportive environment. You can expect to be lying down on a yoga matt, covered by a blanket and be guided to breathe deeply and rhythmically to incredible music. As you journey through the session, you may experience a range of sensations, emotions, and insights. Our facilitators will be there to provide guidance, support, and reassurance throughout the process. Following the session, there is an integration circle, allowing you to process and assimilate your experiences.
